At Vivere Living, we want you to love everything you order. We carefully select products that combine style, practicality and everyday convenience.

However, we understand that sometimes a purchase isn't quite right. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

For most products purchased online, UK customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returns Eligibility

If you change your mind, returned items should be handled with reasonable care and, where possible, returned in their original packaging with any accessories included.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. However, if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction may be made from your refund where legally permitted.

Certain products may be exempt from the right to cancel, including:

Personalised or custom-made products.
Sealed hygiene-related products where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Other products excluded under applicable consumer legislation.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the product you wish to return and whether the item is faulty or you have changed your mind.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send products back without first obtaining the correct return address, as our suppliers and fulfilment locations may vary.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning it.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including covering reasonable return costs where required.

Refunds

For cancellations under your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the returned products and the applicable original standard delivery charge, where required by law.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We will process cancellation refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, in accordance with applicable law.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, we will process the refund within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly, but they are not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For faulty goods, your statutory rights may extend beyond our standard returns arrangements.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us to discuss the available options.

In some cases, the simplest solution may be to return the original item and place a new order.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received an expected refund, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
